Children are welcome from 10 years of age providing they are happy to be in a separate room or sharing with a parent. If you are booking for children please telephone or email.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT providing evening meals this year.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Confirmation

Bookings will be confirmed in writing or email. We require your credit/debit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room. If you do not have a credit/debit card we will require 1 nights deposit in advance, and room(s) will be reserved from the point which we receive the deposit.

Deposit and Payment

On booking, a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be taken to secure your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Switch, Travellers Cheques and Cash. We do not accept American Express. Cheques will only be accepted if supported by a valid cheque card.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will require advance written notice and we do charge for late cancellation and no-show. Please refer to our website for more details.

Check In/Out

Rooms are available from 2:00pm until 6:00pm On the day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after 6:00pm please let us know in advance. Accommodation must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure. Late arrivals or early departures will not receive refund for any holiday missed.

Vehicle Parking

We have ample off-street parking for cars, motorcycles and mini-buses (please inform in advance). Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the establishment including the front car park (Smoke-Free Act 2007). Please see full terms and conditions.

Directions

· From M5 Exeter follow the A38 and then the A380 directions signposted to Torquay.

· As you near Torquay on the A380 (Torquay Road) you meet a roundabout “Riviera Roundabout” (the right hand turn taking you to Paignton and Brixham) continue straight on at this roundabout following the signs for Torquay.

· This stretch of road is called Riviera Way you will pass “The Willows Retail park and Sainsbury’s on the left hand side with Torbay Hospital on the right. Continue along Riviera Way until you see a large “Allied Carpets Store” on the left hand side.

· As you approach this road junction and traffic lights take the left hand lane/ slip road signposted to Babbacombe/St.Marychurch and Plainmoor.

· This takes you on to Hele Road follow this road until you meet a small roundabout, continue straight on following Hele Road until the next roundabout.

· Turn left and then almost immediately right onto Westhill Road (direction of Plainmoor & Torquay United Football Ground). Continue up Westhill Road until you meet a box junction and traffic lights. Turn left at these traffic lights. This brings you onto Manor Road.

· As you continue along Manor Road towards the Model Village you will pass a turning on the right to Cary Park.

· Babbacombe Hall Hotel is on the right hand side of the Road just past the next turning on the right (Stanley Road).

Should you for any reason get lost then simply ask or follow the directions to the Model Village.
