Bookings will be confirmed in writing or email. We require your credit/debit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room. If you do not have a credit/debit card we will require 1 nights deposit in advance, and room(s) will be reserved from the point which we receive the deposit.

Deposit and Payment

On booking, a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be taken to secure your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Switch, Travellers Cheques and Cash. We do not accept American Express. Cheques will only be accepted if supported by a valid cheque card.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will require advance written notice and we do charge for late cancellation and no-show. Please read the full terms & conditions for more details.

Check In/Out

Rooms are available from 2:00pm until 6:00pm On the day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after 6:00pm please let us know in advance. Accommodation must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure. Late arrivals or early departures will not receive any refund for any holiday missed.

Vehicle Parking

We have ample off-street parking for cars, motorcycles and mini-buses (please inform in advance). Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the establishment including the front car park (Smoke-Free Act 2007). Please see full terms and conditions.
