Rooms can be reserved online with a valid credit/debit card. Reservation through full payment or deposit will vary depending upon the referring site.
Bookings will be confirmed in writing or by email. We require your credit/debit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room.
Deposit and Payment
On booking, a non-refundable deposit of one night per person will be taken to secure your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will require advance written notice (letter or email) of any cancellation by 2pm 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the full price of the stay being charged to your credit/debit card. We operate a very strict cancellation policy. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover you from any financial loss should you need to cancel within the cancellation period. Cancellation charges are offset against any deposit made and are charged to the card provided for the reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, however we will endeavour to accommodate changes of dates wherever possible
Failure to arrive without any communication will result in the full charge of the booking being deducted from the card.
Rooms are available for check-in from 2:00pm until 6:00pm on the day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after 6:00pm please let us know in advance. Accommodation must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, to enable us to make the room available for arriving guests.
We have ample off-street parking. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the establishment including the front car park (Smoke-Free Act 2007). Should we have reason to believe that guest rooms have been smoked in, we reserve the right to charge a £50 cleaning fee and guests will be required to depart without refund.
